LALA was launched in 2009 by Martyn Coutts as an attempt to gather together artists across the continent working across the many practices that sit outside of traditional artform definitions.

Through the generosity of practitioners LALA continues to be an evolving document which aims to record happenings, profile Australian artists, connect practices and be home to a resource of ideas.

LALA relies on regular contributions by practioners and utilises the ongoing skills of Madeleine Hodge (UK), Sarah Rodigari (Sydney) Lara Thoms (Melbourne/Sydney) and Amy Spiers (Melbourne) as contributors.
